You may hold only one account. pakgme requires all players to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). pakgme may also request additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds at its sole discretion, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

pakgme reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) the player is found to be ineligible under Section 3; or (d) a self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player.
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pakgme reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period, provided that the account balance will never be reduced below zero. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

pakgme accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, USDT (Tether, ERC-20/TRC-20), and standard bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated for USDT transactions.
The minimum deposit amount on pakgme is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though pakgme reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in accordance with its AML obligations.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the player's KYC verification must be complete; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal method must match the deposit method used for that transaction cycle where technically feasible; and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers settle within standard banking hours, generally one (1) to two (2) business days. pakgme does not charge hidden currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. For USDT transactions, the applicable PKR/USD conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. Rates are updated in real time and displayed prior to transaction confirmation.
All bets placed on pakgme — including cricket, PSL, basketball, and other sports markets — are subject to acceptance by pakgme at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference number. pakgme reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on corrupted odds, or after an event has commenced where real-time data was not available.
In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and potential suspension during live events. pakgme will not be held liable for bets accepted during a brief window following a significant in-play event if the data feed was momentarily delayed. Decisions on such bets are final once reviewed by the trading team.
All casino games on pakgme — including live dealer tables, slots, and instant games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error resulting in an incorrect price or payout, pakgme reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account.
